Cover and tighten the fuel tank cap to check whether the tire pressure is normal. When it is insufficient, it should be inflated in time. Check whether the cutting disc is running normally. The cutter is intact. The drive belts should be free of cracks. The pressure pulleys work effectively, otherwise they should be replaced in time. Or adjust. The gearbox clutch handle and the cutter clutch handle are placed in the separated position, the gear handle is placed in the neutral position, the cutter press pulley is released, placed in the walking position, the throttle handle is placed in the middle position, and the engine is started with the crank handle. After starting, slowly increase the throttle and push the gearbox clutch handle to the combined position. Then the low speed forward gear is hung and the mower begins to walk. When working near the village, the mower can walk to the destination because the mower is slower to travel. Far, there should be transportation tools.

When the mower comes to the ground, stop the machine and make further adjustments. The track of the two wheels of this machine can be adjusted. Let us take a look, the tire on one side is connected to the drive shaft through a bolt. There are three connecting jacks on the drive shaft. When the tires are connected to different positions, the two wheels are different. When the slope of the grass is relatively large, the wide track can better adapt to the ground. Move the cutter pulley to the working position, adjust the cutter according to the height of the cutting height, and adjust the height of the cutter mainly by adjusting the position of the two screws. Tighten the connecting screws of the blade on the cutter head and tighten the connecting screws on the cover. Put both clutches in the separate position, hang the neutral position, restart the engine, slowly increase the throttle, slowly connect the cutter clutch handle, the cutting disc starts to run, combined with the transmission clutch, and then hook the low speed forward gear, The mower started working on the ground.

Working process

This small mower is relatively simple to operate during operation. First, the working path is more flexible, because the machine has a small turning radius and no flexibility. Because the machine has a small turning radius and no walking dead angle, it generally allows the mower and lawn mower. The forward speed can be selected according to the terrain and the density of the grass. When the ground is uneven and the grass density is high, select the low speed gear, otherwise choose the higher speed gear. Otherwise, the high-speed cutting knife will play a lot of dust, which is unfavorable to the operator and the machine. This machine is only suitable for slopes with a slope of less than 25 degrees. When the slope is too large, the lubricant cannot be lubricated to all moving parts, and the engine will be damaged for a long time. When the machine is working, keep the unrelated person away from the mower and avoid the small stones rolled up by the cutter to hurt others.

After the operation is completed, disconnect the two clutch handles, then reduce the throttle, hang the neutral gear, stop walking, close the throttle, extinguish the engine, move the cutter pulley to the walking position, start the engine again, and operate the driver. Next, the mower can walk home.
