Every day after the operation, the machine should be routinely maintained, that is, the technical maintenance of the shift, including: removing dust, weeds, oil and other dirt, and performing a thorough cleaning of the machine; checking the engine oil level, the inspection steps are: First remove the lubricating oil into the mouth cover and dry the oil scale; once again insert the oil gauge into the fuel filler port, then pull out and observe the oil level. According to the operation manual, if necessary, add the lubricating oil that meets the requirements. Change the oil in strict accordance with the instructions, always check the condition of the spark plug, and clean the surface stains and store them when not in use for a long time.

The forage harvesting environment is poor. The air filter should be cleaned 1-2 times a day according to the working plot to keep the filter clean. The operation method is as follows: first clean the appearance of the air filter, unscrew the air inlet screw, and wipe off the dust in the air inlet. The filter element of the air filter is installed in the lower part of the filter, and the outer filter box is screwed. Open the fastener, take out the filter element, wipe off the external dirt, then take a small amount of clean diesel oil, clean the filter element with a brush and diesel oil, wipe the filter element box clean, add the right amount of oil to the filter box, and then install the filter element in order. Install the fasteners and tighten the screws on the top.

Check and maintain the cutter. The cutter is also a wearing part. Check the condition of the cutter every day after work. Unscrew the cutter to see if it is damaged. When the knife edge is defective, it can be polished with ordinary sharpening stone. If the knife edge is badly damaged, the blade should be replaced. Then reinstall the blade onto the cutting disc and tighten the screws.

Careful daily maintenance can ensure that the mower has less trouble during operation and improves work efficiency.

150 hours of regular maintenance

In addition to daily maintenance, the lawn mower also has regular maintenance. It is a regular maintenance of the mower every 150 hours of work. The regular maintenance is mainly to replace the engine oil and the gear oil of each gear box.

(1) Replace engine oil

In front of the engine, there is an oil drain port, unscrew the oil drain, let off the old oil, tighten the oil drain, then open the oil filler port, add the appropriate oil, 40w-50w oil in the summer. 5-30w oil replacement.

(2) Replace gear oil

Inside the cutter is a set of transmission gears. The gear oil must be replaced regularly. In front of the cutter, there is a drain port. When the oil drain is opened, the gear oil can be released. After the oil is completely released, the oil drain port is tightened and poured. Put in a certain amount of clean kerosene, then gently shake the body (the purpose is to clean the gears), then put the gasoline off, tighten the oil drain, you can re-add clean gear oil, there is gear oil above the cutter Fill the port, open the fuel filler, add gear oil, this machine uses HL-20 gear oil.

By the same token, the transmission gear is also the transmission gear. The gear oil must also be replaced regularly. Its fuel filler is at the upper part of this section, and its oil discharge port is at this part below the gearbox. The replacement method is the same as that described above. The oil used is HL-20 gear oil.

Conditions under normal conditions

Normal means that the air-fuel ratio is appropriate, the ignition advance angle is appropriate, the spark heat value is appropriate, and the combustion chamber is burning normally. That is, there is no hot ignition, no leakage and no fire. Under normal circumstances, the spark plug has almost no carbon deposits and is dry. The electrode is basically free of ablation, light brown (rust color) or slightly grayish fine powder on the surface. Just wipe off some micro-deposition residue during maintenance and continue to use it.
