The mower is relatively dangerous and can cause personal injury or machine damage if not used properly. Farmers should be reminded to pay attention to the following problems when using lawn mowers, and in the order of the following paragraphs and paragraphs.

First, familiar with the instruction manual

Read the instruction manual before use, keep in mind the safety precautions in the manual, master the installation, adjustment, operation and maintenance methods, and understand the applicable scope and supporting power, spindle speed and other technical parameters.

Second, installation and adjustment requirements

1. The mower should be placed or fixed on a solid, flat foundation. The work site should be spacious and equipped with fire protection measures.

2. Select the motor in strict accordance with the matching power and speed specified in the manual. The power cord should be copper wire with a power supply of not less than 6 square millimeters. The current value of the power switch, socket, plug and other electrical appliances should not be lower than the rated current of the motor calibration (specifically, please follow the motor manual). The power switch should be installed within the operator's range of motion, generally no more than 3 meters from the operator, and there should be no other obstacles between them.

3. Try to use the pulley that comes with the mower. It is not allowed to change the pulley size at will and increase the speed of the mower.

4. Adjust the gap between each moving blade and the fixed knife. The gap is controlled by two sheets of printing paper and can ensure that there is no rubbing between the moving and fixed knives. After adjustment, tighten the fastening bolts of each moving blade and fixed knife (if necessary, increase the tightening degree by lengthening the handle length of the wrench). After that, lock the case and confirm that it is secure.

5. Before the motor is installed and the belt is hung, perform a short time of power-on, check and confirm that the motor (drive wheel) rotates in the same direction as the specified cutter wheel (the mower is prohibited from running in reverse), and then hang the belt. And adjust to make it tight and moderate.

6. Install belt guards, grass feeders and other accessories. Add an appropriate amount of lubricant to the parts that require lubrication, such as gearboxes and bearings.

Third, the preparation and inspection requirements before the operation

Before each operation, the following aspects should be prepared and checked in order. The hoeing operation can only be carried out after the confirmation is met.

1Inject an appropriate amount of lubricating oil into each oil filling hole. 2 Check whether the gap between the moving and fixed knives meets the requirements. The problem should be adjusted according to the regulations. 3 Check the cutter wheel, blade, frame, etc. for cracks. If problems are found, replace the parts. 4 Check if the fasteners of the blade and other parts are tightened and find the problem in time. 5 Check if the upper casing is locked and firmly and reliably find the problem and lock it in time. 6 Turn on the power supply for 2 to 5 minutes to check whether the rotation direction of the mower is the same as the specified direction (the upper case is not allowed to open at this time), observe whether the whole machine is running smoothly, whether there is abnormal sound and vibration, and the problem should be stopped. Excluded later. 7 Check whether the shift handle adjustment is flexible, whether the shift is accurate and reliable, and the problem should be eliminated after stopping. 8 Check if there are any metal, stone and other hard objects in the straw to be cut.

Fourth, the operation requirements

1. It is strictly forbidden to remove the belt guard and the grass feeder when working. It is strictly forbidden to make and replace the grass bucket with safety protection size less than 55 cm. It is forbidden to open the upper casing.

2. Those who do not master the safety rules of the mower are not allowed to work alone.

3. It is strictly forbidden for minors to start work after being sprinkled, sick or over-tired.

4. When feeding, the two half of the straw should be held by both hands. After the first half is sent to the feeding mouth, loosen the hands in time. It is strictly forbidden to reach into the grass feeder.

5, the amount of feed is mastered. The feeding amount should be uniform and should not be too much. When it is found that the speed of the mower is reduced, the sound becomes louder, or the discharge is uneven, and the throwing distance is obviously small, indicating that the feed amount is too much, it should be reduced in time.

6. If an abnormality occurs during operation, the power should be cut off immediately. It is strictly forbidden to check and troubleshoot when the machine is running.

7. When the hoeing operation is stopped, the mower should be kept empty for 2 to 3 minutes to blow the material inside the machine. After the stop, adjust the shift handle to the “stop” position.

Five, maintenance requirements

1. The mower should be stored in the warehouse as much as possible. The open storage should be protected from rain and moisture to avoid rust.

2. When replacing the dynamic and fixed blade fastening bolts, high-strength bolts must be used, and ordinary fasteners must not be used instead.
