The machine consists of machine body, knife roller, upper and lower feeding rollers, conveyor belt, hydraulic system, etc. The machine body is welded with high-strength steel plates and is the supporting foundation of the whole machine. Two or three or four fly knives are installed on the knife roller, and the fly knives are fixed on the knife roller through a pressure block by a specially manufactured fly knife bolt. According to different thicknesses of cut materials, the upper feed roller assembly can float up and down in a certain range by means of a hydraulic system. The cut qualified pieces fall through the screen holes and are discharged from the bottom. Large pieces will be cut in the machine.
